To add fresh cocktails to the menu at the 2-day Los Dells Latin music and arts festival, increasing sales and decreasing costs in the process.
We showed up with a full team of operations experts, logistics managers and bartenders, plus our production trailer, batching kitchen, beverage-making equipment and even the bars. Two hundred cases of limes and countless gallons of agave later, some pretty incredible margaritas and micheladas were born.
We came. We rocked it. We used fresh ingredients, yet sales still went through the roof. Given the same number of attendees, sales increased 42% over the prior year. The festival managers were able to concentrate on their jobs while we reliably did ours.
A resounding success all around.
